37 weeks!
So we had another scan today & it turns out that we're actually at 37 weeks along!
woah!
so pretty much any moment we could be parents!
holy crap!
lots of crap.. like.. nappy-full loads of crap..
wow.
WOW!!
So we had a lot of good news at the scan, and some bad news as well.. the baby's doing really well in terms of blood flow, and her size & weight are great.
Her femur is BEAUTIFUL as the doc says..
and she's already practicing breathing :)
but, she's laying transverse, which means that she's shoulder down, lying sideways across the abdomen.
She's already beating the odds, however.. this only happens in 1 out of 2,500 births!
Winning lottery ticket, I can almost taste ya! :)
so we're going to do whatever we can to help her turn.. luckily there's still some room in there (extra fluid), so she CAN turn.. we'll just have to talk to the doctor to see.
Here's some more information about transverse births.. - jason
