Wow.. time goes so fast.. and slow.. and .. like one minute it's 10:30 am and you're giving your wee girl a feed (or watching your lovely wife do it anyway) and then suddenly it's 1 and the nurse is asking if you fed recently and you're like "oh yes, just 10 minutes ago... wait.. .no.. an hour and a half ago..

and then you look at your precious little girl in your lap and you think "wow.. I love her SO much and I know her SO well and she's not even 30 hours hold.."


Anyway, thank everyone so much for the wonderful emails! I'm forwarding them all to penny & putting them on her computer & then taking her computer to the hospital so she can read all the well wishes and everything. We're both doing well and Aurura is.. well..

let's just say she's perfect. :)

because AGGHHH it's just amazing. Pen & I were talking about it and it's like you lov e her instantly.. and then she'll look up at you and stare into your eyes and you think.. oh .. wow.. that.. wow.. I just fell more in love with her..

yeah yeah, it's sappy.. but.. you know that line in Where the Wild Things Are where the monsters say "We'll eat you up we love you so.."

I totally totally get it now. :)
