This morning while playing with Aurora, Penny sat her up and we watched in amazement as Aurora lifted her arms off the ground and balanced on her own. She's never done that before.. it was great watching her think (you could see the brain pulsing under her "soft spot"). She'd lean to the side.. tense her abs.. then bring her body back the other way. She even reached for a toy I was holding and swiveled with her body! She's not supposed to be able to do that until about 7 months old, and she's still 2 weeks shy of 6 months!

Needless to say, we're awful impressed with our little munchkin! We even got some of it on tape (including a crash or two). I'll try and figure out how to upload the movies to the site so you can all be as impressed as pen & I are. :)
